Q. Is my personal information protected on this website?

A. Extremely safe, We do not take any card information on this website, all orders are transferred to SagePay our secure online processor for card information and payment. All transactions are carried out under SagePay SSL security and information is encrypted between your PC and the SagePay servers.

Q. How long do I have to wait for my order to be delivered?

A. We endeavor to despatch all orders by overnight carrier if received before 3pm. Orders received after that will be processed the next working day, so you should receive your goods within two days and in many cases, next day.

Q. What if I am not happy with the products I purchase?

A. In the event of a purchaser being unsatisfied with any product they purchase in the store, Bio-Pro will refund the purchase price in full if the product is returned in it’s original packaging within 1 month of purchase. You will find the address for returns on the Contact page of this website. Please ensure the product is securely packaged before posting.

Q. What methods of payment do you accept?

A. For online card payment through SagePay we accept Maestro, Mastercard, Visa and American Express. If you prefer to order over the telephone, the same cards will be accepted. If you prefer to pay by post using cheque, you should calculate your order by following the online purchase system, when you can see the full value of your order including discounts and carriage you should write this in a letter to us, clearly identifying the products, price and quantity and adding the carriage if appropriate and send to the postal orders address on the contact page.
